二 |     其实，俄新加油机与运油-20B相比，并不出色，而运-20B的最大起飞重量220吨，还多了10吨。

三 | 采购20架俄制伊尔-78MK-90A重型加油机，很可能出于两种情况。        这是本人的猜测，一来，运油-20系列加油机目前产量正在爬坡。

四 | 可是，咱们空军发展太快了，歼-7和歼-8这类轻型加油机都退役，重型加油机数量多了，加油机不够用了。    引入俄制加油机，就能够在2-3年内增加20架这种加油机。

五 | 有说法，总金额30亿美元，价格也不算太贵，趁着俄罗斯武器滞销，抄底其装备。不得不佩服，咱们太聪明。    二来，弥补中俄贸易的顺差，以前咱们已经俄制装备，引进和吸收先进的技术。现在引进弥补顺差，还可学习下PS-90A-76涡扇发动机的核心技术。

六 | 当初，引进苏-35战机，就有这样说法，学习AL-41发动机的经验，再看看俄罗斯工程师如何深度改进苏-35战机。        主要是为友情赞助。至于俄罗斯的货更好，不接受反驳了。要是真的好，也只是2010年之前了。    如果不是为了保护俄企业别倒闭，咱们很难有理由，再进口伊尔的理由，很可能这是一次输血式采购。    这架要是确认为真的，该加油机应该是可以量产的，毕竟特别军事行动后就被西方全面制裁了，还能搓出来，那应该是俄制国产了。至于生产速度，慢应该是必然的，需求太少了。        运油-20加油机要加快建造了，官媒发布至少10架运-20B同框“大象漫步”视频，到时候，运油-20加油机也来一次“大象漫步”。返回，查看更多。
